Belle Campground, Twentynine Palms, California

This small (18 site) campground is at an elevation of 3,800 ft (1,158 m). First-come, first-served. Pit toilets. No water so bring plenty of your own. Belle is a great campground to see dark night skies. A few sites can accommodate a maximum overall combined RV length (including a towed vehicle) of up to 35 feet. These are sites 2, 4, 6-8, and 14-18. There are no hookups for RVs at any campground in Joshua Tree. Generator use is permitted only from 7-9 am, noon-2 pm, and 5-7 pm.
